When you feel overwhelmed and tired this is the tea for you. The spearmint is refreshing for your body and the lemon verbena, lemon balm and lime flower will calm your mind. The nettle And oatstraw are nourishing and help to balance your energy.

Contains Spearmint, Nettle, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Lime Flower & Oatstraw - no flavourings added, just pure herbs.
N.B. Oatstraw doesn't contain gluten like the oats themselves, please message me for a custom order if you wish this to be made without the oatstraw if this concerns you.

To use:
Boil kettle and wait for bubbles to disperse, add 1-2 teaspoonfuls of tea blend to a mug infuser or teapot.
Pour the water over the herbs and cover to keep the essential oils from the herbs from evaporating.
Leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes for the first infusion, then remove infuser from mug or use a strainer with the teapot as you pour into a cup.

Can be infused up to three times in total, follow above directions but leave to infuse for up to five minutes instead.
Used herbs can be composted or will naturally biodegrade in the normal household waste.
No teabags to discard and greater taste as the herbs can move freely allowing more flavour to be released.

Approx 20-30 cups per tin, more if you infuse each cup more than once.
